What is a mindfulness triathalon?
I serve as a board member, and community yoga instructor, leading trauma-informed yoga classes for the S2F group.
The Mindfulness Triathalon is our annual fundraising event featuring a 1 mile jog, yoga and meditation.
100% of the proceeds benefit Street 2 Feet in their mission to promote health in spirit, mind & body to individuals experiencing homelessness.
