What is a mindfulness triathalon?

The S2F Mindfulness Triathlon event consists of a 1mile walk/run, yoga, and meditation in celebration of community and wellness for all!
Our belief is that movement is medicine and the Street 2 Feet Mindfulness Triathlon spotlights the different movement modalities we utilize daily within the Street 2 Feet program. We emphasize the connection of spirit, mind, and body and the significant role that movement plays in healing and recovery.
A massive THANK YOU to everyone who came out and supported the 1st Annual Event! If you participated, volunteered, or helped share the event, thank you! We are so excited about how everything came together and loved spending time with the community, utilizing movement as medicine, and sharing S2F's mission!
Altogether you helped fundraise $7,156! This is no small feat and we are so grateful for everyone's support and providing the opportunity for S2F to continue our mission of providing wellness to individuals experiencing homelessness.

8:15 am : Check-in
8:30 am: 1 mile walk/run
9:15 am: 45-minute trauma conscious all levels flow yoga, led by Nicole Flanary. (Beginner friendly.)
10:00 am: Meditation
