    • Group Yoga or Pilates (30 minutes): A more structured yoga or Pilates session to build strength, improve posture, and boost energy levels. Designed to increase focus and reduce tension.

    • Group Breathwork (30 minutes): A powerful breathwork session focusing on techniques that reduce stress, calm the mind, and enhance mental clarity. Employees will learn breathing strategies that can be incorporated into their daily routines to improve focus and productivity.

  • Workshop 2: Group Somatic Therapy & Journaling (60 minutes)

  • Weekly Group Yoga or Pilates (30 minutes)
    Each week, employees will engage in a 60-minute yoga or Pilates session that focuses on building physical strength, flexibility, and stress relief. These sessions are designed to keep employees energized and grounded throughout the workweek.

  • Weekly Group Breathwork (15 minutes)
